Robyn Clubb

Chairwoman

  • Robyn was appointed Chairwoman of ProTen in April 2019.
  • Robyn is currently Chairwoman of the Australian Wool Exchange, and former Chairwoman of the NSW Primary Industries Ministerial Council, and the Rice Marketing Board for the State of NSW.
  • She is a non-executive director of Essential Energy, Craig Mostyn Group and Elders Ltd.
  • Prior to becoming a non-executive director, Robyn had over 20 years executive experience in banking and financial services including with Citibank and AMP.

James Wentworth

Chief Executive Officer

  • James was appointed CEO in 2023.
  • James was ProTen's CFO and Company Secretary from 2017 to 2023.
  • James has over 25 years experience in senior management and finance roles in the  poultry, banking, investment and mining industries.
  • Prior to joining ProTen James was CFO of Finders Resources, an ASX listed mining company. He has also held roles with CHAMP Ventures, Goldman Sachs, Lehman Brothers and Macquarie Bank.
  • James holds a Bachelor of Law and Bachelor of Commerce and is a Certified Practising Accountant.

Henryk Dekkers

Chief Financial Officer

  • Henryk was appointed CFO and Company Secretary in 2023.
  • Henryk has over 20 years of experience in finance roles in the poultry, construction, manufacturing, and investment banking industries.
  • Prior to joining ProTen, Henryk was CFO of Evolution Precast, a PE-owned growth company. He has also held roles in Australia and Europe with BESIX Group, ABN AMRO and The Royal Bank of Scotland.
  • Henryk holds a Master in International Finance, a Master in Business Engineering and is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia).

Heather Stacy

Director

  • Heather was appointed Director of ProTen in September 2021.
  • Heather is currently a non-executive director of Agricultural Innovation Australia and the Rural Financial Counselling Service. Previous non-executive roles include AgriFutures Australia, Victorian Workcover Authority and West Gippsland Healthcare Group.
  • Heather has an executive career in agribusiness, heavy industry, manufacturing and fast moving consumer goods.
  • In 2016 she was made a Member of the Order of Australia for significant service to primary industry.
  • Heather is qualified in agricultural science, has a Masters of Business Administration and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Rural Leadership Program.
