Modern online training and incident reporting applications complement our hands-on and consultative approach to safety.

Trainee Manager Program
ProTen’s Trainee Manager Program provides an opportunity for you to take on more responsibility and develop management skills and poultry farming expertise as part of your employment journey with us. You will be involved in problem-solving, learning new skills and being coached and mentored into being the best that you can be. You will be exposed to all aspects of the business so you understand how ProTen and the chicken meat industry works.
